You can book a car in 4 simple steps:

  • Firstly, please fill out the first dashboard of book a car.
  • Then choose your choice of car
  • Fill out the details of your pick up and drop off address, date and city.
  • Register an account, make a payment and you are ready to go!
3. How to make a payment?

You can make a payment with MPU, Master and Visa Card.

4. When is the due date for the payment?

It depends on a payment policy of a provider.

6. Are there any booking fees?

No, there are no booking fees.

7. Can you amend any booking details after the booking confirmation?

No, you will not be able to amend any booking details after the booking confirmation. You will be required to book a new booking.

8. Can you cancel a booking?

Yes you can cancel a booking within 24 hours of booking time.

9. Will there be any booking cancellation fees?

It depends on a cancellation policy of the supplier.

10. Can you book for another person?

Yes, you can book for another person but, you must provide the details of a passenger such as name and contact number.

11. Can the prices fluctuate depends on the dates and season?

Yes, the prices can fluctuate according to the public holiday dates and high season in Myanmar.

12. Will you receive the same car as shown on the picture?

Yes unless if it is shown as similar “vehicle”, you may get the same car as shown or similar car or just a different plated number of same type of car.

13. What if you receive the different car even though you are promised to get the same car?

14. How will you know when your driver is ready to pick you up?

Your driver will contact you directly when he has arrived to the pick-up location.

15. What to do in case of emergency or a car breaks down during the trip?

Your car service provider will provide you with the best solution. You may also contact if in case of any emergency at any time.

16. What if you are required to use the car over the time as booked?

It depends on the service provider. You may directly check the rates with provider for any extra costs. However does not take any accountability of the trip over the time initially as promised.

17. Will there be any extra charges if you are required to travel to City Zone?

Yes there will be extra charges. The rates will depend on your car provider.

18. How to request the special request?

You may request any special request during the process of booking. The fulfillment of your special request solely depend on your service provider.

19. For any booking, how long can your driver wait for the pick-up?

It depends on your car provider policy.

20. How long does it take to receive the refund?

The banking process may take 15 to 30 days.

21. Can we use the day use for 2 or 3 days consecutively?

You are not allowed to use the car after 12 pm of a vehicle. You will have to book for each day.
